Don’t want to disconnect all of your cables and peripherals contact AIOS to setup an
immediate appointment to fix your problem remotely using a simple internet
application, This will allow AIOS to connect to your computer as if
we were sitting in front of it. This of course will not apply to
hardware issues or if your computer is unable to access the internet
without restrictions.
Remote IT Support - Standard:
Price $45.00 /month
(includes 1 hr of free service)
Includes remote applications support, troubleshooting issues
(requires an active internet connection) VIP Rate applies after 1 hr
is completed.
Remote IT Support - Premium:
Price $65.00 /month
(includes 2 hrs of free service)
Includes remote applications support, troubleshooting issues, system
updates and maintenance (requires an active internet connection) VIP
Rate applies after 2 hrs is completed.
On-Site Support:
Price $375.00 /month
Equipment and/or software diagnosis and repair/recommendations. Excludes Travel Cost.
Up to 4 visits to customer site per month
VIP Rate - with monthly service contract
Price $55.00 /hr
General Rate - without monthly service contract
Price $85.00 /hr
On-Site Support - without monthly service contract
Price $85.00 /hr plus Travel Expenses
Off Hours Technical Support
Absolute Support Plan Price $150.00 /hr
For after hours or weekend technical support (Off hours M-F 8PM-9AM, Sat & Sun)
